R3CAP is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
You keep ownership of your clips, exports, and profile content. R3CAP does not claim ownership of anything you create.
Your profiles and entries are stored on your device. If you delete the app (or your data), it may be permanently removed.
R3CAP may request Photos access to let you choose a profile image and to save exported recaps (only if you choose). R3CAP does not upload or analyze your photos.
When you export a recap, you’re responsible for how you store, share, or back up exported files and for managing your device storage.
Optional purchases (like Pro) are processed by Apple through the App Store. R3CAP does not receive your payment details. Refunds follow Apple’s policies. Purchases can be restored using iOS/App Store restore options.
R3CAP may change features, limits, or availability over time. If pricing or Pro features change, the App Store will show the current terms at purchase time.
R3CAP is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, R3CAP is not liable for lost data, device issues, or damages arising from using the app.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use of R3CAP after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
